I hope that you can help me regarding the blocking of my account. On June 20, 2024, my account was blocked due to a violation of Rule 1.1 (Account Sharing). In this letter I would like to comment on the incident and ask for my account to be unbanned.
First, I want to make it clear that your platform's rules and policies are very important to me. I understand and respect the need for these rules to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding that resulted in my account being blocked.
The account was temporarily used by a close family member who did not have their own access to a device. I was not aware that this was against the rules and I am truly sorry that this violation occurred. I assure you that this was a one-time incident and that in the future I will be careful to strictly follow the rules.
I therefore politely ask you to re-examine my situation and consider unbanning my account. It is very important to me to be able to use my account again because I have invested a lot of time and effort into building and maintaining my profile.
