1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been in the city a long time and experienced so much. Grand RP is an amazing place for people who want to make friends or just do their own thing, ive done alot of really good things in the city and I now want to make sure other people have the great experience I have had. It's something I have been thinking about for a while and now want to pursue further as well as knowing the city very well.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
DOJ - State Attorney
USSS - Commander (HC)
FIB - senior special agent
LSPD - Deputy Head of Department (PR)(HC)
SAHP - Chief of Staff (UC)(SWAT)(Highway patrol) where the divisions i oversaw (HC)
EMS - cant remember rank
Bloods - OG Bloods (Rank 9)
Bunta - Psycho (Rank 5)
Ballas - (Rank 4)
3. What are your strengths?
Leadership
Outside the city i am a flight sergeant in the RAF AC leading around 30 people and in the city i have had many HC positions mainly at SAHP where i sent the majority of my time
Compassion and composure
I will always keep a level head and don't lose my temper so when talking and helping people with their problems i will always keep calm
Willingness to learn
I will always be willing to learn and grow as an admin and really listen when trying to solve people's problems
4. What are your weaknesses?
Driving & Shooting
I can't drive or shoot very well, that one's pretty simple
Too understanding
I will give people the benefit of the doubt more often than not and like to think people always have better intentions however i fix this by only going of of what evidence suggests is right
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Upbeat
Im never a down person and will always to to make sure everyone is having fun
Problem solving
I am always up for a challenge and will never back away from one, i love solving problems and complex situations witch is why id like to be an admin
Fairness
I am always fair, if I punish someone for something I will punish everyone else under the same rules as I hate favouritism and believe everyone should have a fair chance.
