2: Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1-I have spent a lot of time in gangs during my stay in the city, and becoming the leader of a gang, especially one like the Families, has always been one of my greatest loves. This is why I want to be the leader of the Families.
2.2 - I have been in the city for a year and a half, and during that time I have attained High Command in every gang in the city. I have also gained invaluable knowledge from numerous past leaders. Additionally, Families is not regarded as a positive gang; my goal is to change that perception.
2.3 - I have had high command in all legal organizations during my tenure in the city, so I have a solid grasp of the circumstances from both perspectives.
3: Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - Attend every event every day, and bringing friendly competition back to cland against other gangs etc.
3.2 - Showing presence in ghetto 24/7, keeping LEOs active by attacking stores, FZ raids, and making hostage situations constantly.
3.3 - Families will take control of the ghetto, but also following the rules in there, anyone found being toxic to other gangs will result in insta-kick or possibly blacklist.
3.4 - To keep the gang under control 24/7 I aim to have the right deputies so when im not IC deputies will keep it under control.
3.5 - Families will be the most active gang in the city, always doing stores all over the city, not just the usual stores.
3.6 - Creating new hostage plans keeping good roleplay with the LEOs.
3.7 - Ensure we are not toxic to other gangs or LEO organizations; anyone found will be removed from the gang instantly.
3.8 - $10,00 Spray profits + every hour.
4: My goals for the Families term:
trying our best achieving 100% turf season.
We will try to keep the spray profits at $10,000+ every hour.
We will dominate the ghetto all hours through out the day, while also going by the rules in the ghetto.
We are going to attend every single event throughout the day, especially the big events like Informant and Vehicle Protection.
I will make sure bonuses are paid out for events won and cland parachutes.
Ensure competition and respect with all gangs and legal organizations.
