Hello, first of all this is not complaint against maze its just a form of clarification to be more aware in future.

So I got demorgan foe cuffing 10 15 while he was running and ive seen none been punished for that :

I just want to say that its possible IRL aswell with good techniques to cuff while running, anyways if its otherwise for healthy RP, then I wasnr aware of this.
