1 Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I don't fully want to leave rp life but I can leave it half of my time since I have a lot more to explore currently I want to be a Admin assistant.
2 What are your strengths? Manipulation, Good public speaker, Communication skills, Patiance, Dedicated.
3 What are your weaknesses? Stutters and fears under a lot of pressure.
4 What skills can you bring to the admin team? I can be a great communicator, negotiater, Resolver of any type of issue except ic with the correct guidance.
