Leos are delivering org stuff with ship on the sea and gangs got the information about time and where should they go when leos waiting for ship gangs will attack them
and try to steal stuff near cars when they come the spot there will be a big fight with leos and gangs who wins get the prize it will be split to winners team

No patching
