Rejected Warn for RDM | Anderson Fade

Hi, I received a warning about RDM. He was flying around the solar panels and there were 5 minutes left on the solar panels when he tried to land. We shot at his helicopters. He was not afraid for his life and landed on the roof and I started giving him demands and after the 5s I killed him (I don't know how I got RDM for this )

+ he was doing UB Driving + FearRP

everday we are getting ppl like this they come and try to steal our solar panels

Should I wait for him to kill me? He flies around in his helicopter all the time around the solar panels. What does he expect me to say hello to him when he lands?. ( There are 3 people on the roof carrying weapons, so why is he not afraid for his life + Can you fly in real life like him?
