Dear Higher Ups Administration, i hope u all are doing well! i got a warning for GR 6.2 ( CL ), GR 6.2 saying: 6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc., i didnt did any of this, it was there is no any rp situation going, i just was getting shooting and i left the city before i die, so i think i didnt break the rule anyways if i was wrong so its ok i accept my punishment.
When i was checking the pov from the player who posted the complaint on me this the pov: Watch Project 05_07-01-2024_4-20-47-592 | Streamable
i found hes using "Outplayed app" here: so I doubted its illegal (not recording all overlays) so i downloaded the app to check it, its recording all overlays or not or there is a option for this or not, so i recorded a pov with the app and with my Nvidia GeForce in same moment, and i found the app not recording all overlays and there is no any option for this and the app only recording the game, here is the pov from Nvidia GeForce:

its clearly showing the app not recording all overlays and the player with ID: 18252 breaking GR 6.17, and if im wrong u can download the app and check it by yourself, thank u all for ur time, and i hope u have a wonderful day!
