Life Story:
River moved to Los Santos to start a new life and get away from her past, she previously lived a terrible lifestyle on the streets where she was constantly having to steal to get by, she needed to get out of it. After she managed to save enough money from her thief lifestyle she bought a one way ticket to Los Santos to begin her new life and to start fresh, where she quickly was taken in by a criminal family by the name of The Plague. Where the leaders of the family Loki and Lux Thrasher quickly became parent figures for her, They taught her everything she needed to know about their criminal lifestyle. River met incredible people in this family, one being Moona Calipso, she quickly took River under her wing and showed her around and got her to come out of her shell and to quit being so anti-social, due to her amazing sister relationship with Moona River changed her last name to Calipso. She then began her new life as River Calipso... then began a new family called Calipso and it grew fast and with numbers came people wanting to be a Criminal family, Moona gave leadership of the family to Deku Calipso where River and him ran the family together and became a criminal family. After Calipso came to an end she joined another criminal family called Mage and changed her identity to River Yatogami.
Career Story: many legal jobs, she realized GOV would be the easiest and most effective.
River's first job she had was at SAHP as PR Chief, She ran it alongside her daughter Laura. She realized she didn't enjoy the legal side of things and wanted to get back to the criminal lifestyle she had before coming to Los Santos. She then helped run a criminal family by the name of Calipso for a few months but then Calipso came to an end. While helping run a criminal family, she would go back and forth between legal and illegal jobs to try to keep her work under wraps. During her time doing legal jobs, she has been in SAHP several times under several Sheriffs and has been in GOV several times under a few different Governors. After working so many different legal jobs she realized GOV would be the easiest and most effective way to help her family and friends. She is now currently Warden the perfect job for her to utilize her skills to assist friends while trying to stay under the radar.
Outcomes:
1- River can rob and take bribes up to 100k
2- River can attempt to /try to look for bodycams and /do break them
3- River can assist her family and friends to escape if they get arrested
4- River can deny a suspect the right to a lawyer.
5- River can break state laws while off duty due to a history of criminal lifestyle
6- River can assist her family in committing crimes in the ghetto or on highways
7- River can use illegal weapons on or off duty
8- River can take illegal items off 10-15s instead of confiscating
9- River can buy or sell illegal items off-duty
