Hello bobby i made a tech forum month ago that my social club was hacked now i got a new account to play again so i meed your permission too to get into in my account, if you think i am sharing this account with someone else its wrong you will only see change in social club all else will be sme ip and all

As long as the new social is not connected to any other IDs and random players, you will be fine.
