Hello Bobby Pluxury, I am not entirely opening this to get anyone punished, but I do want to know.

In the proofs attached, Karl Verlice has said that we are not allowed to talk in the Government OOC chat as we are on freeze, but I believe this is incorrect.

A ex admin of mine said that we are allowed to use OOC chat during freeze, because being on freeze is technically IC.

I would just like to clear this up, because as far as I know, we are allowed to use an OOC chat.

(note, I have attached it as jail as there is no punishment , however I would just like to correct things. )
