I got a permanent ban a long time ago and it was my first ban in the city and I was very new to the city and I didn't know the rules. I want to come back to the city after a long time and I want to get involved in this project again. Everyone deserves a second chance. I accept all your terms and conditions. You can delete my money. And the reason I'm opening this late is because I'm playing on another server.
