Hello, I was banned for 30 days because I couldn't get a POV on the RP ticket day, but I had a POV in other events that day, I didn't register the RP ticket due to a problem with the computer, I realized this when I got it, as you can see, I already had a POV in other events that day, so it's a technical problem.

You need to have POV of every event your participate in, the fact that you have Vineyard POV means nothing. The ban is justified and should remain.
