1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I have accomplished my tasks in GrandRP which was to help orgs and achieve high ranks which I have accomplished, I want to now help enforce the server rules because I have noticed a massive uptick in people not following the server rules and I want to make grand more enjoyable for others so they can roleplay without worrying about rulebreakers

3. What are your strengths? My strong points are in my skill to talk and reply to people well, making sure Discord servers and channels run smoothly. I know a lot about both out-of-character (OOC) rules and in-character (IC) rules, which helps me keep things fair and balanced. My friendly nature and very good interpersonal skills help me to get along with many different kinds of people. I am calm and relaxed, which helps me make positive relationships and work well together with most others. I am also able to speak Russian if any individuals need to speak in Russian.
4. What are your weaknesses? One area I am trying to improve is my habit of being too kind, which sometimes makes me more lenient than needed. While I think kindness and empathy are very important, I know it is also necessary to find a balance.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I bring my skill to communicate well and without bias, making sure I am fair in all decisions and actions about discipline. I respond quickly on Discord and in-game, so people can get help from me fast when they need it. My promise to always be reachable and quick to respond helps me serve the team and community better.
