so as you can see in pov i had suspect 151816 as a hostage he was stalling till other fib come and shoot us while we was in rp situation we litreally cant do a hostage situation if they cant play the rp
suspect ID 151816 for stalling and fear rp
suspect ID 151585 for fail rp
suspect ID 331 for fail rp and shooting without demands
and as all this IDS in fib should be a org warning for not doing RP as they should
