Dear Administrator,
I write to apologize for having violated Event rule 1.7 with the deepest sincerity.
I am sorry for not able to provide my POV at the right time .
That happened because i were new in city and i was not knowing more about rules and where to upload them but now i have studied the rules so please give me second chance to improve myself.

Please, kindly reconsider your decision on my ban. I promise to make meaningful contributions with respect.
