Hi, I just noticed I got banned for "1.1 Gen Rules by Mohamed - Admin Name: Alex Odd". I don't know why I got banned, because I'm still using my account and I'm in LSPD. I never traded or shared my account to anybody. just me using it. even I don't have twin account. there is no complaint about me on forum since I joined the server even for RP rule, let alone server rules!
Please double check if there is any mistake about this. Also I can provide PC check or other information may needed.

I already post an appeal (Here) but Rejected by James Pluxury with no explanation or a chance to have conversation. and I still don't know why I get banned. If you look other posts, people asking for second chance or forgiveness, but I still don't know why I got banned and nobody answering me. please help me.
