Just wanted to start off by saying I am thankful that the ban has been somewhat reduced. But, if possible could it be reduced to only 7 days. I have an apartment with a lot of resources in it that I have obtained by grinding for months. The screenshot shows there are 9 days left of payment, but the 7 would make sure I don't lose it. No need to unban me I just don't want to lose all the progress I have gained because of a simple mistake and have to start all over with gaining these resources. I have also provided a screenshot of the resources in the warehouses. Thank you for showing some mercy, but please consider this taking into account that I have never had trouble with administration before.
