Life Story:
Rage Lucianoo Born in a Rich family in Bangladesh. He Lost his mother when he was a child .His father Marco was a gangstar. They were running a big drugs and money laundering business. All the drugs that were getting in to brazil was by their hand . Rage Lucianoo Didn't like his father and his work. But he was afraid about his father , so he joined his father 's gang and master shooting skills . He Did 10 big assesination for his father gang .Also he done some important mission for gang.He got promoted to hitman Devision Head .Bangladesh Police wants to catch them but they don’t have enough evidence against them .One day Bangladesh police special unit ceased a big amount of Cocaine. Rage father Marco was mad at that moment Because first time police got evidence against them .Rage and his friend took 10 Best shooter with him and attack on police main base and take all drug and all weapons for his gang. He killed a lot of police in open place . So,They got evidence against Rage .Bangladesh Government added him in most wanted criminal list . Then Rage father Change Rage passport and send him to Los Santos for his safety .
Career Story:
Rage was devastated after losing his father. Rage lost everything that time.Even he didnt have enough money to buy food. He thought its done.He lost his hope that time.But he didnt know what's waiting for him in the future. After some days, Rage meet a guy named Mike Luciano.Mike gave him food and some money and told him if he want alive, he need money . If he want to earn money he need to crime; thats only way he can live . Mike invite him to join Luciano family. Rage acpect it .He meet the crime world again in his life. Rage started doing highway robbery, store robbery, and many more things with his family .Everyone got shocked after watching his skills. Blood street gang is observing him .Finally, they decided to make a offer to him. They offer Rage to join them as high command . Rage accepts it. He did a lot of crime with blood gang . such as: NG raid,Store robbery, hostage, etc. Soon, his name came to FIB Investigation bureau watchlist. One day, fib arrest him when he is doing robbery. They want to Kill Rage but Rage give them all info about Blood Gang, so they give him a second chance .After that, Rage Leave Criminal world and join USSS and because of his skill they promote him to supervisor.FIB was watching him whole time and they want to use him for Undercover work .Then he got a transfer to fib as Undercover agent . Rage work with gangs and give evidence to FIB. Soon, he got promoted to SA03 in FIB. But now Rage has changed his mind, and he wants to join LSPD .Because of his experience, LSPD Accepted Rage Transfer Application.Then he got a transfer to LSPD as Chief Of Staff (COS). From Government to gang, every place he looked, he saw corruption .Soon, Rage hits the breaking point and embraces the darkest of the city and becomes a part of it.
Outcomes:
1- Rage is capable of using torture, interrogation to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. ( No killing)
2- Rage can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do(2 times per situation)
3- Rage can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4- Rage can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5- Rage can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
6- Rage can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
7- Rage can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8- Rage can sell or provide classified information to gangs/families or his friends.
9-Rage can break state laws while on or off duty. (IC Laws)
