1- I have been in the city for a long time and I have experience of almost illegal organizations but illegals have always been my strength and priority I learned by some of the best leaders in this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them.
2- I have seen people struggling to run a gang and I have seen gangs getting disbanded because the leader was not performing well but I will try to give my best
3- As i heve been very active in the city and illegal side of city i have seen that many gangs do not give much attention to their members and events which is what i want to change.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

First of all i want my term to be active and be peresent which is conducted in illegal orgs and i also want my members to be active and friendly and have a friendly evironment in my term which is gonna cause many people have great experience and time in my term. And i also want to give huge bonuses who are coming to events and showing activity. And i also want to conduct a event every week in which i will give promotion to the people who are working hard.
