I. I have been in this project over 2 years. I gathered a lot experience. I spent my all RP time in state organizations. I was the ex high command and deputy of many organization and the leader leader if different RP projects. I believe that I can handle NG properly without any kind of a big problem.
II. I am confident in my ability to effectively manage NG. My goal is to significantly increase its activity and effectiveness. Utilizing the expertise of former leaders and my strong connections with members from other grand RP servers, I aim to foster a more collaborative environment. I am committed to dedicating all my time and effort to the organization, ensuring we minimize mistakes and achieve our objectives efficiently.
III. Providing increased opportunities allows units to showcase their skills effectively. As a leader, I aim to enhance interaction between myself and employees, facilitating solutions to challenges they face. This collaborative approach not only resolves issues but also fosters a deeper sense of engagement and commitment within the team. Moreover, my aspiration is to elevate the perception of NG, emphasizing its importance and encouraging a more dedicated attitude from all involved.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I. Throughout my term, I pledge to uphold fairness and equality for all. I will not show favoritism towards anyone in decision-making, opportunities, or issue resolution. Every choice will be made impartially and in the best interest of everyone involved, without bias or special treatment.
II. I aim to organize daily small-scale events for the citizens. These gatherings will foster unity among citizens and provide enjoyable activities for everyone to participate in.
III. Soldiers will be rewarded with high bonuses to recognize their dedication and hard work. This incentive will motivate them to continue performing at their best and demonstrate our appreciation for their efforts.
IV. I will do contracts with families to solve issues of inactivity, particularly during night time, ensuring our community remains active and engaged.
V. I will try my best to make the organization corruption.
VI. The high command and soldiers will not engage in any form of toxicity.
VII. I will do my best to ensure that the RP interactions with other organizations are as realistic as possible.
