Kivanc was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey. Growing up, he always wanted to be a law enforcement officer. After high school, he moved from Ankara to Los Santos. He worked hard to learn English and joined the police academy. Upon graduating from the police academy, Kivanc began his career as a law enforcement officer in the vibrant city. Kivanc started his career in law enforcement with the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Patrolling the vast highways of San Andreas, he improved his skills in traffic enforcement and emergency response. Kivanc's dedication and professionalism caught the attention of the FIB.
After joining the FIB, despite the challenges of his job, Kivanc remained committed to serving his community with professionalism and integrity. He worked closely with the local community, community leaders, and business owners to build trust and foster positive relationships. Throughout his tenure with the FIB, Kivanc worked on high-profile cases and national security threats.
