I have been with this project over 2 years. I gathered a lot experience. I spent my most of the RP time in legal organization. I was high command, deputy in many organizations in different RP server of grand RP, I also have a experience as a leader in different RP projects. I have all the knowledge that how all the state organizations work and what's the work of NG. I believe that I can handle NG properly without facing any kind of problem.

I have many new ideas to ensure our success. I plan to get support from former leaders to make this term the best one yet. My main goal is to make the organization more active and responsive than before. I am committed to dedicating all my time to this.

I want to give our units more chances to show their skills. As a leader, I'll work closely with the units to solve problems together, which will make the team more involved and committed. Also, I'll show how important NG is within the organization, so everyone sees its value and works harder to support it. This teamwork will help us achieve greater success together.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


I. Throughout my term, I promise to treat everyone fairly and equally. I won't show favoritism in decision-making, opportunities, or solving problems. Every choice I make will be impartial and in the best interest of everyone involved, without any bias or special treatment.

II. I plan to organize small events every day for our citizens. These gatherings will bring people together and provide fun activities for everyone to enjoy and participate in.

III. Soldiers will be rewarded with high bonuses to recognize their dedication and hard work. This incentive will motivate them to continue performing at their best.

IV. I will do contracts with families to solve issues of inactivity, particularly at night time. I have seen many organization that are inactive at night.

V. I will try my best to make the organization corruption free.

VI. The high command and soldiers will not engage in any form of toxicity.

VII. I will do my best to ensure that the RP interactions with other organizations are as realistic as possible.
