2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- As i mentioned in my previous application that I was 2 times Under Deputy in families and from this prior experienced, I learned how to lead an event by gathering people and stuff and also taught me the leadership skills and how to complete a term properly without any trouble and out of all the gangs, I have most experience in this gang only, so i think I would be able to handle this gang properly and complete my term under 2 warns at least.
- I would always complete my weekly checklist and I promise that I would do more activity than the weekly checklist and make families the most active gang in the ghetto and the whole city and I promise that there would be green color only in the turf map and in the graffiti locations. I also has reserved a deputy place for turf leader, so I can complete my one goal which is 100% turf.
- No favoritism or rank chasers or will be tolerated in my gang, and people would be interviewed first and their rank will be given based on the interview only, people will get demotions or promotions based on their activity in the city and the organization. If any gang member is caught doing rulebreaks or anything, he/she will straight get blacklisted from the gang, because I want my gang to be clean from the rulebreaks.
- I Would also like to teach the newbies the fun and experience of crime rp and i also have a different level passion for crime rp because I spent maximum time in gangs only, So I know each and every thing related to crime and gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Most activity and make families gang the most active gang in the city.
- A good bonus system for the gang members, so that they could also earn at the same time.
- I would ensure maximum graffiti profits per hour.
- Make ghetto map full of green color, in simple words aiming for 100% turf
- No rule breakers will be tolerated in my gang.
- i would also like to teach the newbies, the fun and experience on crime RP.

- Aiming for 9k Or 10k per hour spray profit
