Respected sir/mam,
This is to inform you that I have been banned due to the reason GR 1.1 and as you know I'm a new player playing for from only one month so I got banned for this reason I was really not knowing about this that we get banned due to multiple device usage. so as I do not have any previous punishment records please just to pardon me for this time I will never repeat it again.
