Hi, I'm here to talk about the ban I took for 7 days and try to explain what happened.
I've had a serious conversation with the person who reported me in which he admitted that the ban was unfair, as we both ''offended'' eachother, and only the part of the conversation where I offended was shown.
In all of this, the print only showed a part of the conversation in which he hinted that I was being toxic, but in the end it was all a misunderstanding.
With the conversation between me and him resolved, he told Kevin Leblanc to ask for my unban since it was just a minor mess.
The only response I got from the guy was that Kevin Leblanc would think about my unban.
As you can see in my profile, I never received any kind of report, let alone reports regarding toxicity.
I play daily on your server and a problem like this, which has already been solved, ends up taking away all my motivation.
Since what happened was with a tester on your server, and he himself understood that there was no reason for the ban, I asked for your attention to review my ban.
If they still think I was somehow toxic I would ask them to at least change my punishment to a mute.
Following this message I will leave a clip made in-game with the individual who made the report in which he confirms what I'm here to say.

Hi, I'm friends with Gotz and I was the one who talked to Skies himself. He himself admitted that it was unfair for you to ban Gotz and not himself. If the person who gave the report can see that it was really unfair, I don't understand why take away the gameplay for 7 days, from a player who does good on the server daily. At least you could have given the choice between 7 days or Demorgan to Skies, I'm sure he would have chosen demorgan for a few minutes as he couldn't take the punishment outright.

It wasn't just Gotz who "offended" him, but telling and showing just one part of the conversation to an admin is easy. You could have at least contacted Gotz and tried to resolve the situation and then distribute to BOTH, and Skies admitted that he also deserved a bann. After all, he's low ID and tester, but he's not more than the others right?

So your precious rules do say that indeed, now if you could go back and read the report he made and actually try understanding what he is asking for would be greatly appreciated. I'll explain it to you anyway with small words, he never said he was innocent only that the punishment was not fair especially after what the accuser, who is obviously your mate, said (which was cut out of the print conveniently). In the rules it says "up to 7 days", don't take this the wrong way I do believe he should be punished but for the full 7 days? No, especially if he has no background for being toxic and never had any reports. All you saw was a print of half the conversation that they had through in-game texts, no explanation or anything and with that alone you decided the full 7 days punishment was in order. Now , I'm not sure if your trying to prove something to someone but as an admin of a server with so many players, I do fear for every single player that gets reported to you since you hand out punishments like their candy at a birthday party.

We don't have any appeals, admin clearly explained about OOC insults and gave punishment for it according to rules.
