1. Recruit: Starter Role
2. Street Soldier: A new person to the city/family will have this role until they learn city/family rules
3. Hustler: Members who have learned rules and are learning about events
4. Warlord: Members who are starting to participate in events
5. Capo: Members who are aware of rules and want to grow their rank and build the family up
6. Hitman: Members who are attending events and recruiting
7. Arsonist: Members who are HC and will watch over other lowered rank members
8. OG: Members who are very well trusted within Quinn and will lead the family when Deputy and Leader are not in city.
9. Deputy: This is the co leader of the family
10. Leader- Owner of the family
