Dear Floki/bobby

I hope u are doing great . Yesterday I got ban for Er 1.7 (fam war) it was my first time going for this fight and I was aware that pov is compulsory for this event and I was having it but unfortunately it didn’t saved in my laptop and now a days as u know there are lots of bugs going on due to this reason this might happen really don’t know the main reason but luckily i have recorded it from handcam and provided pov plz as you can see I don’t have any such punishment history in past this is firsts time I got such type of ban please forgive me this time and unban me
