I participated in the family war 7/9/2024 and I was banned for event rule 1.7 due to overlay audio issues with Geforce Shadowplay recording. I didnt realize that when I had uploaded the POV there was no sound for gunshots etc. I was notified after I was already banned that this issue took place. After looking into the audio issue it seemed like an audio glitch/default output/input sound was not working for Nvidia. I am sorry and should have realized this beforehand! Now my brothers are disqualified from the family war and I am left with a 30 day ban. I am not sure if anything can be done to fix this but I am here to at least try. Thank you for your time and consideration!
