me and my friend find him next to the casino we ask him to stop multiple times and we even pointed a stun gun on him but still he never manage to stop , he calls reinforcement and so did i and after that we pulled him over with 4 people and he still ignore while pointing guns on him he don't even care about that ( fear rp ) and manage to 1 vs 4
