Gangs are getting raided all the time by LEOs and they were done with it so they are wanting revenge on the FBI are angry and want payback. They feel like the FBI has done them wrong, and they're planning to hit back hard to show they won't be messed with. It's all about respect and power for them, a fight they're ready to take to the next level, no matter the risks.
