It all started when I was chasing a car and asking him to pull over, he didn't follow my rules and called his freinds via metagaming, while some people were doing CR I called admin for that, after that the guy who I was chasing left the car so I cuffed him and I also cuffed another guy who tried to punch me, after that their freinds started doing RDM In while the admin was checking and he didn't punish, they patched me up and asked me to uncuff their freinds so I did so, and while I was trying to go I accidentally hit a guy with my car while he was on the way and the admin punished me for VDM for literally no reason
