2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A: I am confident that as being a leader with a record of success, my dedication and skills will lead the Families to levels never before achieved within the city's ghetto. considering the current state of the city, now is the perfect moment to take advantage of this chance and lead the Families to success. My experience as the deputy of a succeeding family reveals my ability to promote cooperation, respect, and success within an organization. Taking on the leadership of the Bloods is not just a step forward, but also an effort to boosting the town as well as breathing fresh energy into the ghetto.
B: I have friends supporting Families who can help me handle this term well. I'll be staying in my organization for the whole time of the term and I have a lot of High Commands in my mind who will help me. Daily activites, FZ raids and all stuff. The city's best criminal gang will be called Families. Its warehouse will always be stocked with guns and ammunitions. Everyone is in a friendly environment, which motivates them to defend their organization and show up to events.
C: I've been in many organizations, however because of the color, the location, and everything else, I've always liked and enjoyed families the most out of all the other gangs. One of my absolute favorite gang term was in Bloods, and I'm trying to make it happen again.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A: The first important step in improving the organization's roleplay level They must ask him/her on all gang rules and their activities during the interview. To make sure that everyone has the greatest possible RP experience, if he or she is uninformed of any of the rules, the leader and deputies should inform them of all of the gang's rules. I'll be around for every cland, sub, battleship, etc. Furthermore, I'll often host robberies at stores, weapons stores, and FZ raids.
B: We promise not to make any mistakes at all, to teach people how to make mistakes rather than kicking them, to be available to people at all times for questions and answers, to takeover every situation as well as providing members of my gang with so much fun and gain that they will never want to leave. And they will join us in the future, and we will stick to the same rules. We'll be the best gang, we won't ever be toxic, we'll always uphold people's morals, and we'll punish those who many times disrespect us hard.
C: Also, one of my main goals in order to improve RP is to make sure that no one in my organization is toxic and to take any necessary steps in regards to this. After all, if even one person in your organization is toxic, you will lose the respect of others and turn off recruits. No matter who works for the organization, not even as a deputy, he can't be toxic to others.
