I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the removal of my account's ban, which was imposed approximately one week ago following a hacking incident. Although I have since regained control of my account through the assistance of the technical forum, I am aware that the hacker violated the Breaker 2 rules GR3.2 and committed Bug Abuse during their unauthorized access.
I have already endured nine days of the ban and am keen to resume playing. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lifting the ban at this time. For further verification, you may reach out to Jetix, who provided invaluable support in recovering my account. If additional measures are necessary, I am willing to have the monetary balance on my account wiped.

General Rules 1.2 "Player is fully responsible for his account. The administration of Grand Role Play does not carry the responsibility for your own account. When access to account is lost (e.g. being hacked), your account will face the same punishments".
