DEAR Admin

I am rishabh and 2 day ago I filled a complaint that is for gen 6.3 banned for 60 days In first karl_verlice banned me . then my complaint is approved by chief of admin Floki vilgeroarson for unban,
and he said your account will be wiped and unbanned, so I felt excited to get my id back but when I launched the game then it is showing that your are banned for
next 9999day sir please help me out I want to play in en server 3 only bcz i have friend in this server please help me sir .
