2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become a leader of the Vagos gang because I see these days the new people who get gang leaders do not have enough information about crime and all the things related to gangs. Rather, they only know the laws and do not know how to apply them, and as I see now, I am the majority of people. Those who receive leadership are removed from their position in record time and do not even complete more than a week or less. This is in my experience that I learned and fought for in order to learn all the things related to crime. If I obtain the leader of the Vagos gang, I will train and teach all the people who will join. To my gang and teach them how to apply this. If they are about to become or are thinking of becoming role leaders in the future, they will know how to apply this, not only will they know the rules.
- Also, most of the gang leaders do not know how to play RP roles, such as robbing stores if they have a hostage. They do not know how to negotiate with legal organizations, and they do not know how to deal with reality and with the rules of the server, and this fails the RP roles and fails to complete it, and there is no fun in it, therefore.
