Dear Administrators,

Basically, I just wanted to know what are formals and informal are. I made a ticket but none of the administrator replied for some 15-20 minutes. As soon as I asked an admin to slap me as I wasn`t able to move, they quickly replied & did the work.

I am not being any toxic to any administration. I am just making a complaint that none of the administrators replied....
