He fined me in the Allowed parking Area near Casino. He is misusing his powers to make more fines so that he earn more.
i also worked for sahp before and i know their rules and i also know this area is allowed for parking. But when i talk to him he tried to teach me wrong rules.
This is a clear case of Power Misuse. Admins should take some action against him otherwise they keep this thing on to make easy money.
Scamming Anyone to take their money is GR 1.3. This is also a Scam where he is fining anyone to make his salary money.
