1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
i have been part of the Grand RP project for over two years. During this time , gaining extensive knowledge of the server's rules and mechanics. I enjoy the community and now want to assist players and ensure fair play. I hope to contribute as an admin and enhance the overall experience for everyone in the city.
2. What are your strengths?
- being good to everyone
- making necessary decisions and learning from mistakes
- handling critical situations effectively
- proficient in speaking English
3. What are your weaknesses?
- losing trust from people sometimes due to miscommunication
- i can be hesitant to ask for help
- i tend to take on too many tasks at once
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- strong conflict resolution
- experience in server management and maintenance
- excellent communication
