The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Sheriff was selling insurance at SAHP HQ and being attacked by criminals in her own HQ. Criminals are taking sheriff as hostage from her HQ and takes her to an abandoned house. State organizations will be moving from DOC to abandoned house to save the sheriff. State orgs goal is to save the sheriff after negotiating with criminals, gangs goal is to defeat state orgs.
Why this event:
To have fun and strength all the leos

TP everyone, spawn some cars for both sides.

Charger for LEOs
Jugular for gangs
