Dear Admin Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is [Rich_GuRjar]. I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding a serious issue with my account. Approximately 16-17 days ago, my account was compromised by a hacker who violated rules GR3.2 and engaged in Bug Abuse. Thanks to the prompt action by the admin team, I was able to recover my account. However, I was subsequently banned for 15 days due to the hacker’s actions. In an effort to resolve this matter, I posted on the forums but was ultimately banned there as well. The response I received indicated that my issue fell under rule GR1.2, and therefore could not be addressed further. Despite this setback, I continued to log in daily to check the status of my ban, only to discover today that my account is now banned for 60 days. I am reaching out to humbly request the following: Please unban my account, as the violations were committed by the hacker and not by me. Implement an IP ban on the hacker to prevent further incidents. If necessary, you may wipe my in-game currency to rectify the situation. I am committed to following the rules and maintaining the integrity of the community. This experience has been deeply distressing, and I kindly ask for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and support.
