I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the permanent ban imposed on my account for violation of rule G1.1, which states: "Created account is property of the creator, your account cannot be shared or traded."

I want to assure you that I have neither shared nor traded my account with anyone. I believe this is a misunderstanding, as I have been diligently following all the rules of the server. I have been playing on my twink account for the past few days, and when I attempted to log into my new ID today, I was surprised to find that my account had been banned.

I am more than willing to provide any necessary proof or information to clarify this situation. My account means a lot to me, and I would never engage in activities that would jeopardize my standing in the community.

Please reconsider this ban and investigate the matter further. I am confident that the investigation will show that I have not violated any rules.
