2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
For being a leader of the organization,
1: I have been in this city for like 1 year and I have been worked in LI for around 1- 2 months, and I know every rule and how the organization works. I think I will be one of best leader of LI in future.
2: I will conduct some activities in LI by which all LI employees can meet up and interact which each other, as we continuously be on ads, even we are in same org many haven't even know the other existed in org, So I would like to take away that.
3: And mainly the bonus which employees are waiting for days, I would like to give the bonus for every employee who work on the peak hours and at times when the ads are overflowing, in this way the employees will get more pay and they will get motivated to do the work.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
For improving roleplay in LI,
~ I have thought of increasing RP by making some events with other organizations, as we have talent show.
~ The extra bonus system will be implemented to increase the work mentality of employees.
~ We will conduct some events with other organizations and try to make them go live.
~ And the recruitments will be conducted every two weeks once, where we recruit limited members so that we can move on smoothly.
