2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I want to become the leader of this organisation because I see myself having potential to handle a term, I have been through a lot of terms of legal organisation in the city that is why I know how a state organisation works.
-I am currently active in the city so I think I should take a leadership, as spending my time in the Leo orgs I am aware about the do's and don'ts of a leader of an organisation, I have plans to make a term more active as in past I have seen a domination from the gangs I would try to avoid those mistakes and make strategies to handle these situations.
-I want to become a leader of specialy SAHP because from the last few terms I have just seen them lacking behind and have no respect in the eyes of the citizens I would try to change that perspective and make the organisation more active and professional.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-I will try to make the interactions with the Leo's and gangs more interesting and more realistic nowadays I can only see that the Leo's are just accepting all the things what a gang members said ik everyone should but you should know to play some mind games and tactics which could result the decisions in your favour by which even the rp of the gangs shouldn't be applied.
-I will work on the conflicts between my organisation as I see the main cause of low numbers is that some people are jealous or hates the other person who is getting more attention or for some other reasons for which they hates each other and starts targeting each other but I will try to avoid these conflicts and will take action against the people who are targeting and doing favouritism in my organisation But will try to end the conflicts between my two colleagues.
-I have seen in the legal organisations that every org tries to not make contact with other orgs they use to play the rp indeviauly
which is a big drawback in the Leo's that they ignore or doesn't help the other organisations but tries to make themselves safe as a leader of a organisation I would never do that I will try to be more professional by doing continuous meetings with the Leo orgs also plan with them to how to handle a serious situations this will make the rp more realistic and sensable.
