B. Efficient Ammo Runs: Ammo runs will continue at a rapid and steady pace, ensuring our units are always well-supplied and ready for any situation.
C. Strengthen HR and Recruitment: I will increase the number of units in the organization by implementing a robust HR team dedicated to recruitment and retention. This will help us attract and maintain top talent.
D. Comprehensive Training: I will ensure each soldier is properly trained and serves as a strong advocate for the organization, particularly during events. This will enhance our professionalism and public perception

A. Air Force: Responsible for scouting missions and transport, the Air Force will enhance our operational capabilities and provide critical support where needed.
B. Military Police: This unit will ensure that internal rules and regulations are followed properly, maintaining discipline and order within the organization.
C. Comprehensive Training: I will ensure each soldier is properly trained and serves as a strong advocate for the organization, particularly during events. This will enhance our professionalism and public perception.
However with a twist, I would like to implement the Night Watch department for the US based units who do not get to experience much action, they will conduct city patrols, trainings and attend globals throughout the night time to ensure the city is safe!

Revival of the Night Watch:
Building on the success of the Night Watch during Samantha Parker's term, this department will attend sub-events, manage the DOC, assist the Government, and conduct city patrols. High command will be available during these time zones to manage operations. Despite the Night Watch being scrapped by current leadership, I will bring it back to ensure the National Guard's presence both day and night. This will help us retain soldiers across different time zones.
Respectful and Experienced High Command:
High commands will be instructed to be respectful to their lower-ranking colleagues and ensure that they are seasoned and experienced. This will help them effectively manage the base and assist new and lower-ranking members.
Utilization of the NG Bunker:
Our NG base bunker, equipped with questioning rooms, can be utilized for collaborative roleplay. For instance, FIB high command can use the bunker to interrogate gang members to gather valuable information, potentially reducing sentences for cooperation.
Fair Promotion and Bonus System:
To eliminate favoritism, I will ensure that promotions and bonuses are awarded based on merit and performance, not personal relationships. Leaders must love what they do and give their all for the organization. Promotions will be based on logged hours and professional performance.
Transparent Promotion Lists:
I will prepare the promotion list weekly and clearly communicate the required active hours to the units. This approach, which proved effective during my HR leadership and tenure as Lieutenant General, will ensure fairness and accountability.
Legal Representation and Reputation Management:
Leveraging my DOJ experience, I will select a few loyal Defense Attorneys for the National Guard to prevent it from becoming a laughing stock. My goal is to complete both terms with fewer than three cases against us as an organization.
