Dear English High Administrator Team , first of all thank you for your goodwill. I will never forget that you were so accommodating to me and have already shortened half of my spell time.
Even if it sounds a bit strange, I would ask you to shorten the ban by 5 days because I have a family of four and a lot more that no one can pay off for me. Since this is my largest investment and I care a lot about the family and the house, I would ask you with all my heart to please shorten the spell. I feel bad asking you something like that. There's just too much life in this game that it really wouldn't be nice to lose what I've played for so long.
I'm ashamed of it and I promise you that I won't break any rules again.
