Government received a warning for the leader going to subs. I can see that, sure, it is not something you see every day but as the leader of the org I should always have the ability to attend events, for example, to ensure that we are represented and we dont get a verbal for missing subs, missing a bank robbery event etc. As leader its my ultimate responsibility to ensure attendance.

Purely from that point of view, I dont think it makes sense or is fair to prevent the Government org leader from attending events. There is also no clear rule that says that I cannot attend events. I certainly understand the point of view of the curators that the governor attending events is unusual, and if they wanted to give me clear direction not to do it per Leader Rule 2.4 then I obviously would comply but I hadn't been given that clear order, I do believe they have seen me organize encashment runs etc. in the past.

Anyone who knows me knows that I take compliance with the rules very seriously, and if there was some indication that the result of me attending subs was a warning I would not have gone. I am respectfully asking permission to attend events or a reversal of this warning.

To be fair, I agree with this. Past governors, Black, Nova, Omar, Fluffy, Lane... ALL Attended events.
But, on the contrary, they all had previous experience in NG, SS etc.
I know that if I was in your position, I would be reminding people of my National Guard experience as General, Deputy Chief of LSPD and 00 Agent in FIB and can handle myself. And with the correct security team with me, it is a moral boost to see the man in charge attending these events as he is with his people.

To add to this, there is of course limits, such as Ghetto patrols and hostage situations... but a scripted events where there is no danger to the governor being kidnapped because of the rules, I don't see the issue here. Especially considering we are all here to have fun and play games.

GOVernor is leader of STATE he cannot participate in shooting events like Subs robbery etc... He is POLITICAL chief !
