Hello. I was banned by 'Alex Odd' for 'GR 1.1 by Mohamed'. As I'm writing this post, I still don't know why I get banned, and it's been more than two weeks, but no one is answering or helping me. I submitted another appeal, and Lebron Pluxury said it is under consideration, but I haven't received any further response. Furthermore, someone has closed my post without any reason or explanation (Here).

Additionally, I came across some information regarding Redux that it might be the cause of the problem. However, I'm unsure because many people are using it without any issue. I installed Redux precisely on 06/22/2024, and shortly after, on 07/04/2024, I received a ban. I never used it before [if that helps].

I can provide Pc check or any information that may needed.
