My name is [Cyclops_Star]. I recently received a 60-day ban under GR4.1 for allegedly using software that provides an unfair advantage. I want to clarify that I have never used any hacks or bots; the only modification I use is Redux, a type of reshade that enhances visual aesthetics without affecting gameplay. I was unaware that this was against the rules and have used it for a long time without prior issues. I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and assure you that I will remove Redux immediately. I humbly request a second chance and pledge to adhere strictly to all rules in the future.
