I received an org warning for leader rule 3.3 as my curator approved the forum saying "I portrayed complete toxic and unacceptable behavior towards my memers". First of all, the person making the forum complaint stated himself that they are not in the org. Secondly, I don't think my behavior was toxic, I was using somewhat of a strong language in our private conversation over DMs, however, I was never toxic to the person and I never said anything that could be misinterpreted as toxic. I made my decision regarding the rank of a new employee, which they weren't happy about, so I let them know that the organization is not about ranks, rather being about friendship we create during the term. I really don't understand where I was so toxic my curator deemed it unacceptable and gave me a warning for it, so I ask you to kidly re-consider this situation.
As you can see in the proof i told the person that they will get like rank 26 and they will still they was unhappy idk where my mistake is.

Me, the Senior of State, and you had a conversation in VC where we outlined everywhere where you went wrong, and in that meeting you clearly accepted it was your fault, and that you were angry in the moment. The image clearly shows you being overly toxic to a member, and it should've been handled completely differently. As a Leader, especially of Government should NEVER act in such way and must be professionally, if you are not seeing what you did wrong, maybe your options should be considered.

Furthermore, you were already told never to repeat such behaviour.
